Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest confirmed cases as of December 2, 2021

The number of lab-confirmed cases in West Berkshire is now 19,799 – an increase of 210 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 548.4 with 869 cases in the seven days to November 27.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 292,963 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of December 1.

The first dose total is 128,407, while 117,950 people in the district have received a second dose, and 46,606 people have received a booster dose.

Nationally, 51,020,285 people have received a first vaccine dose as of December 1, with 46,431,662 having had a second dose and 19,015,975 having had a booster dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 10,329276,007, with the daily total at 48,374.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 145,281.

The daily number of deaths within the 28-day range is 141.
