Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest confirmed cases as of December 8
The number of lab-confirmed cases in West Berkshire is now 20,591 – an increase of 142 in the last 24 hours.
West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 626 with 992 cases in the seven days to December 3.
The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.
The Government dashboard says that 300,416 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of December 7.
The first dose total is 128,585, while 118,404 people in the district have received a second dose, and 53,427 people have received a booster dose.
Nationally, 51,161,757 people have received a first vaccine dose as of December 7, with 46,610,800 having had a second dose and 21,300,859 having had a booster dose.
The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 10,610,958, with the daily total at 51,342.
The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.
The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 145,987.
The daily number of deaths within the 28-day range is 161.
