Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest confirmed cases as of December 21
The number of lab-confirmed coronavirus cases in West Berkshire is now 22,894 – an increase of 245 in the last 24 hours.
West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 797, with 1,263 cases in the seven days to December 16.
The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.
The Government dashboard says that 326,661 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of December 20.
The first dose total is 129,116, while 119,381 people in the district have received a second dose, and 78,164 people have received a booster dose.
Nationally, 51,537,827 people have received a first vaccine dose as of December 20, with 47,102,814 having had a second dose and 29,876,223 having had a booster dose.
The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 11,542,143, with the daily total at 90,629.
The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.
The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 147,433.
The daily number of deaths within the 28-day range is 172.
The number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate is 171,801 as of Friday, December 10.
