Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest confirmed cases as of February 2

The number of lab-confirmed coronavirus cases in West Berkshire is now 35,405 - an increase of 301 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 1,134, with 1,797 cases in the seven days to January 28.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 356,338, vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of February 1.

The first dose total is 130,520, while 123,604 people in the district have received a second dose, and 102,214 people have received a booster dose or third dose.

Nationally, 52,373,222 people have received a first vaccine dose as of February 1, with 48,467,140 having had a second dose and 37,380,067 having had a booster or third dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 17,515,199 with the daily total at 88,085.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 157,409.

The daily number of deaths within the 28-day range is 534.

The number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate is 178,488 as of Friday, January 21, 2022.
