Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest confirmed cases as of February 21




The number of lab-confirmed coronavirus cases in West Berkshire is now 38,955 - an increase of 111 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 736.4 with 1,167 cases in the seven days to February 16.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 358,820 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of February 20.

The first dose total is 130,689, while 124,657 people in the district have received a second dose, and 103,474 people have received a booster dose or third dose.

Nationally, 52,573,589 people have received a first vaccine dose as of February 20, with 48,885,893 having had a second dose and 38,022,801 having had a booster or third dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 18,654,572 with the daily total at 38,409.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 160,610.

The daily number of deaths within the 28-day range is 15.

The number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate is 181,424 as of Friday, February 4.
