Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest confirmed cases as of February 22




The number of lab-confirmed coronavirus cases in West Berkshire is now 39,086 - an increase of 131 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 724.5 with 1,148 cases in the seven days to February 17.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 358,879 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of February 21.

The first dose total is 130,692, while 124,679 people in the district have received a second dose, and 103,508 people have received a booster dose or third dose.

Nationally, 52,581,000 people have received a first vaccine dose as of February 21, with 48,901,901 having had a second dose and 38,051,955 having had a booster or third dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 18,695,448 with the daily total at 41,130.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 160,815.

The daily number of deaths within the 28-day range is 205.

The number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate is 182,609 as of Friday, February 11.
