Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest confirmed cases as of Friday, September 24




The number of lab-confirmed cases in West Berkshire is now 12,067 – an increase of 55 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 215.2, with 341 cases in the seven days to September 19.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 236,257 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of September 21.

The first dose total is 121,700, while 114,557 people in the district have received a second dose.

Nationally, 48,705,771 people have received a first vaccine dose as of September 22, with 44,644,887 having had a second dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 7,601,487, with the daily total at 35,623.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 135,983.

The daily number of deaths within the 28-day range is 180.

The number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate is 158,664 as of Friday, September 10.
