Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest confirmed cases as of November 18, 2021




The number of lab-confirmed cases in West Berkshire is now 17,972 – an increase of 161 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 444.3, with 704 cases in the seven days to November 13.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 244,924 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of November 17.

The first dose total is 127,881, while 117,043 people in the district have received a second dose.

Nationally, 50,679,073 people have received a first vaccine dose as of November 17, with 46,087,958 having had a second dose and 13,879,311 having had a third, or booster, dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 9,721,916, with the daily total at 46,907.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 143,559.

The daily number of deaths within the 28-day range is 199.

The number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate is 166,730 as of Friday, November 5.
