Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest confirmed cases as of Tuesday, May 25, 2021




The number of lab-confirmed coronavirus cases in West Berkshire now stands at 6,531 – an increase of three in the past 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population to May 20 is 34.1, with 54 cases in the seven days to May 20.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard now includes local vaccination numbers, with 148,970 vaccinations given in West Berkshire as of May 23.

The first dose total is 95,201, while 53,769 people in the district have received a second dose.

Nationally, 38,192,417 people have received a first vaccine dose as of May 24, with 23,228,511 having a second dose up to this date.
