Coronavirus West Berkshire: latest lab-confirmed cases as of December 7

The number of lab-confirmed cases in West Berkshire is now 20,449 – an increase of 121 in the last 24 hours.

West Berkshire's seven-day rolling rate per 100,000 population is 626.6 with 993 cases in the seven days to December 2.

The rate is calculated by dividing the seven-day count by the area population and multiplying by 100,000.

The Government dashboard says that 299,775 vaccinations have been given in West Berkshire as of December 6.

The first dose total is 128,570, while 118,365 people in the district have received a second dose, and 52,840 people have received a booster dose.

Nationally, 51,138,245 people have received a first vaccine dose as of December 6, with 46,582,425 having had a second dose and 20,909,809 having had a booster dose.

The total number of lab-confirmed cases in the UK is now 10,560,341, with the daily total at 45,691.

The daily reported Covid-19 deaths are measured across the UK as deaths that occurred within 28 days of the first laboratory-confirmed positive test.

The total number of coronavirus-related deaths in the UK within 28 days of a positive test is 145,826.

The daily number of deaths within the 28-day range is 180.

The number of deaths with Covid-19 on the death certificate is 170,001 as of Friday, November 26.
