Delays between Junction 13 and 14
TWO lanes of the M4 are closed on the westbound carriageway between junction 13 at Chieveley/Newbury and 14 at Hungerford following a two-car incident.
Highways England says police and traffic officers are on the scene and that drivers should expect delays.
