Newbury road closed after collision between motorbike and car

The A339 through Newbury is currently closed after an earlier accident.

It involved a car and a motorbike and police crews are all currently in attendance.

The air ambulance was also called to the scene.

The incident happened on the northbound carriageway between the Burger King roundabout and the Tesco roundabout at Pinchington Lane.

Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
