Two firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus put out the fire using one hose reel, one main jet and one hydrant.

The cause of the fire was an industrial general waste compactor which had burst into flames.

Crews stayed on the scene for approximately three hours and 26 minutes.

One crew later returned to reinspect the scene.
