Woolhampton Cricket Club hosting The Hundred-style tournament for club's 100 year anniversary




Woolhampton Cricket Club are hosting a charity tournament this Sunday to celebrate the club’s 100 year anniversary.

Inspired by the new franchise tournament The Hundred, the ‘8-Ball Blast’ tournament will have pink balls, colourful kits and flashing bails.

Six teams will face off, playing eight over games with eight ball overs and eight players per side.

The '8-Ball Blast' will take place in Douai Park from 11.30am and it will be raising money for the Douai Park Recreation Association, which aims to make sport accessible to all in the community and provide function rooms for the local area.

Food and drink will be available on site and there will be some family friendly entertainment off the field as well.
