Keith Cavendish-Coulson, aged 71, pleaded guilty to 42 counts of indecent assault on boys he taught at Terra Nova School, aged between eight and 13, when he appeared before Chester Crown Court yesterday (Wednesday).
The court heard how he would often call boys to his classroom at the end of the school day, suggesting they needed extra tuition.
Other abuse occurred while lessons were taking place, during visits to the school’s dormitories at night and in his own private room.
Some of his victims were in court yesterday, with two reading out impact statements.
He is due to be sentenced later today (Thursday).
