Danica's words set to travel the world
Singer-songwriter publishes poetry
A HUNGERFORD singer songwriter will see her words travel the world after having her first book of poetry published.
Danica Trim has been working on Mustard Children for the past 12 months and the collection of poetry explores the themes of faith, belief and growth in human relationships, both personal and on a societal scale.
Ms Trim, who works for David Wilson Homes, said: “I’ve always been creative and poetry is one of my hobbies outside of work.
“David Wilson Homes, and in particular our sales director Rob Allen, has been very supportive in helping to spread the word about Mustard Children.”
Retail powerhouses Amazon and Waterstones are among the companies to sell the book online and local store The Hungerford Bookshop also has it on the shelves.
It’s not the first time the fruits of Ms Trim’s creativity have hit the shelves.
Last year she released her own music CD, Chasing Life, in collaboration with professional musician and producer Max Hunt.
