Santa is busy preparing to receive sacks full of Christmas letters from children across West Berkshire and North Hampshire.

That’s why the Newbury Weekly News is rallying our elves to help him out again this year.

If you send your Christmas letter to us, along with a photograph of yourself, we will print it in a special edition called Dear Santa.

This is a great way to let everyone know what you are wishing for this Christmas, and to get your picture in the newspaper.

We will, of course also send a copy of the paper to Santa – just to make sure he knows what you’re wishing for this year.

The closing date for us to receive your letters is Wednesday, November 24 at 12pm.

We can accept letters from children up to the age of 12 years.

The special Dear Santa publication will appear in the Newbury Weekly News on Thursday, December 2, 2021. To make sure you’re included in this year’s supplement all you need to do is get your parents or guardians to send us your letter and photo, by email, to dearsanta@newburynews.co.uk

You will also need to let us know the name of the child/children, their postal address (don’t worry this will not be published), their age, a contact telephone number and the name/signature of their parents/guardians.

We look forward to seeing what you are all wishing for this year. And we know Santa is too!
