Benjamin Beaupre from Newbury sent death threat
A MAN has been convicted of issuing a death threat and forcing his way into a home.
Benjamin Beaupre appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, October 17.
The 39-year-old, of Church Close, Newbury, admitted sending a death threat, intending the recipient would fear the threat would be carried out.
He further admitted using violence to gain entry into premises in Westfield Way, Newbury.
Finally, Beaupre pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage to a door belonging to Sara McGuiness.
All the offences were committed in Newbury on Thursday, April 4.
