Delays at Thatcham rail crossing resolved

The barriers at Thatcham level crossing failed in the down position at 10:55am but network rail engineers are now operating the barriers locally.
Train services are running as normal.
A spokeswoman for Network Rail, Sam Kelly, apologised for the inconvenience.
