Delays continue on the A34

Drivers saw their morning commute severely disrupted after a car transporter collided with the central reservation and wound up in a ditch, scattering debris across the road at around 7.39am.
This picture, sent in by Richard Maynard, shows the extent of the damage.
Mr Maynard said that he had narrowly avoided the crash when a suspected blowout saw the transporter smash through the barrier, slew across in front of him and ended up on its side in the ditch.
A white van became wedged underneath the transporter but Mr Maynard said that, incredibly, no one was hurt.
Some drivers reported that it had taken them more than two hours to cover a 12 mile journey to Newbury.
Both carriageways have now reopened but there are residual delays of around 20 minutes southbound.
