Delays in Highclere after cement lorry overturns

The A343 in Highclere is currently closed in both directions between the Star Lane junction and the Cross Lane junction because of the accident.
Hampshire Police were called to scene at about 9.13am and requested that a road closure be put in place between the A34 and the B3048 at Hurstbourne Tarrant.
Spokeswoman, Vicky O'Hare, said that the road was still “pretty blocked” and that there were no injuries sustained by the lorry driver.
