Delays increasing on M4 eastbound between Newbury and Theale

There are delays on the M4 eastbound between Newbury and Theale today (Wednesday).

The AA said there are delays of eight minutes and increasing.

The average speed is 15mph.

One lane is also shut on the A34, northbound, between the M4 at Chieveley and East Ilsley.

The A34 is not expected to be cleared until 6.30pm, according to National Highways.
