Traffic news: Delays on M4 westbound between Newbury and Hungerford due to collision

Updat 16.38pm: Both lanes have reopened.

Two lanes are shut on the westbound carriageway of the M4 between J13 and 14.

National Highways has reported that there is congestion in the area with delays of up to 30 minutes.

Lanes 1 and 2 (out of 3) are currently closed near Chieveley due to a collision and emergency services are in attendance.

The event is not expected to clear before 5pm with normal traffic conditions expected between 6pm and 6.15pm.
