Police and fire service in attendance at scene of M4 incident outside Reading

Motorists travelling on the M4 eastbound tonight should expect significant delays between Junctions 10 and 11, with the hard shoulder, lanes 1 and 2 closed following a road traffic collision.

Police and fire crews are in attendance, with delays of up to an hour being reported on the approach.

The traffic jams span up to 6.5 miles back towards Junction 12.

They are expected to clear between 10.45pm and 11pm.
