Designs on the table

Currentlty showing in the Ace Space bar are 10 sturdy tables by Newbury furniture maker Jim Crockatt, constructed in a pleasing mix of native and exotic woods of differing colours, textures and grains. Made to a conical design in a mixture of heights, they feature round table tops resting on three pairs of doubled legs pinned together on strutted bases. The surface of each table features a unique inlaid design of strong abstract motifs in contrasting woods.
