Direct trains to London cancelled due to overrunning engineering work

First Great Western is not running any direct services from Bedwyn to London Paddington.
However a spokesman for the firm, James Davis, said that passengers could still travel to London, but may be required to change at Reading.
He added that owing to last night's stormy weather conditions, some services were running with minor delays.
Meanwhile, South Western Trains is advising people not to travel today, with in excess of 30 trees which have fallen onto the lines causing severe delays and cancellations to a number of services.
As a result, it is running a significantly reduced timetable.
Passengers are advised to check for delays before travelling and allow extra time for their journey.
Meanwhile, a cordon in Calcot which was enforced after a tree burst a gas main this morning has now been lifted.
