DJ Bez on track for club set

FORMER Happy Mondays star Bez will be performing live at The Railway in Winchester next week.
Friday, March 30, sees the recently re-formed Happy Mondays dancer and percussionist performing an exclusive DJ set as part of the regular club night Dr Strangelove’s Burlesque Discotheque.
The night itself, themed Dr Strangelove’s Haçienda, will feature a host of local bands, DJs, theatre performers and burlesque acts coming together to celebrate the iconic Factory Records label and Manchester’s now legendary Haçienda Club.
Dr Strangelove’s Burlesque Discotheque runs every Friday, featuring local bands, DJs and retro gaming, plus students performing from the University of Winchester BA Street Arts course, who have set up their own performance group, Hotch-Potch Performance. The group provides circus performers, burlesque acts and interactive, improvisational theatre entertainment throughout the night.
Doors open at 7pm.
