Newbury bike theft: Police release CCTV image of man after bike stolen outside McDonalds in Northbrook Street
Officers have released a CCTV image of a person they would like to speak to after a theft in Newbury.
A black Carrera bike, belonging to a man in his late twenties, was stolen from outside McDonalds on Northbrook Street.
The theft happened at around 10.10pm on Sunday (October 6).
The offender took the bicycle and cycled away, towards Strawberry Hill.
Investigating officer, PC Alasdair Ferrie, based at Newbury police station, said: “We are appealing to anyone who recognises the man in the image, as we believe he may have vital information.
