Dog of the week
Newburytoday hopes to help Dogs Trust Newbury to try to find a home for Biggles
This week Dogs Trust Newbury is appealing for a loving home for one-year-old crossbreed Biggles.
Dogs Trust Newbury Rehoming Centre Assistant Manager, Jenny Hopkins, said: "Biggles is a big and bouncy fetch fanatic who loves entertaining his carers at the centre with endless games of ball and frisby. This energetic lad would be best suited to owners who like to go on long rambles in the countryside, and he'd love a garden to bound around in.
"Biggles would benefit from basic obedience training and lots of cuddles.
"He did not get off to a flying start in life but he has so much love to give we are desperate for him to find the loving home he deserves. He loves meeting new people and dogs so could go to a home with an existing dog. This beautiful boy would make a wonderful addition to a lucky family."
If you wish to take off with Biggles please contact Dogs Trust Newbury on (01488) 658391 or visit them at: Plumbs Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks, RG20 0HR.
