Dog of the week

Newburytoday hopes to help Dogs Trust Newbury to try to find a home for Daisy

THIS week Dogs Trust Newbury is appealing for a home for Daisy, a six-month-old Crossbreed.

Assistant Manager at the Dogs Trust Newbury centre, Jenny Hopkins said: "Daisy is sweet, friendly, inquisitive little lady who is just crazy about playtime. She adores fun and frolics with other dogs and loves playing games so would suit an active teenage family with an existing dog.

"She is mischievous lively pup who would benefit from training classes to help her remember her manners!"

She added: "Daisy is full of energy and would enjoy a garden to bound around in. She is an affectionate, larger than life character who will make any family proud."

If you can offer Daisy the home she so deserves please contact Dogs Trust Newbury on (01488) 658391 or visit them at: Plumbs Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks, RG20 0HR.

Dogs Trust is the UK's largest dog welfare charity and cares for over 16,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year through its network of 17 Rehoming Centres nationwide.
