Dog of the week
Newburytoday hopes to help Dogs Trust Newbury to try to find a home for Holly
THIS week Dogs Trust Newbury is appealing for a home for three-year-old terrier cross Holly.
Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, Jenny Hopkins, said: “Holly is a bundle of energy who is looking for a home that can help put some of this to good use and keep her entertained.
“She is very affectionate and loves having a cuddle and being the centre of attention, for this reason she would prefer to be the only pet in the home.
“Due to her small size, we think she may have some Chihuahua in her, Holly doesn't get on too well with small children and instead prefers older teenage or adults, especially as they have bigger laps for her to curl up on.”
When not enjoying a cuddle on the sofa this little lady is equally as happy out exploring her new area and loves her walks.
She is simply adorable and we cannot wait to find her new home when she can watch the world go by and be treated as the princess she thinks she is.”
If you think you can offer this lovely lady a new throne to sit on please visit Dogs Trust Newbury at Plumbs Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks, RG20 0HR or call them on (01488) 658391 to arrange to meet him.
