Dog of the week

The one year-old pup is seeking a new home.
Dogs Trust Newbury assistant manager Jenny Hopkins said: “Jasper is a friendly little boy who loves the company of humans and is very responsive to commands.
A playful character he enjoys playing with his toys, especially the squeaky ones! As an active boy who is motivated by toys and treats he is likely to do well with training and would like a teenage family that can spend time on this with him.
“He is a homely lad who is OK with other dogs, but may like to be the only dog in the home so he can be spoilt rotten and lavish in the attention. Jasper has so much love to give and is just looking for the right family in which he can find his feet and develop into a loving companion.”
If you think you can offer Jasper a joyful new home then visit Dogs Trust Newbury, Plumb’s Farm, Hamstead Marshall, or telephone (01488) 658391.
Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and cares for over 16,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year through its network of 17 rehoming centres nationwide.
