Dogs Trust Newbury Rehoming Centre assistant manager, Jenny Hopkins, said: “Blue is a lovely, very tall three-year-old male Lurcher.
“He came to us as a stray and is very friendly and affectionate - so much so, he likes to lean against you.
“He loves to go for long walks, and despite his size, is very gentle on the lead.
“He is house trained and would suit an active teenage family who have a secure garden for him to play in, as he loves to run around and play ball.
“He is good with other dogs but would prefer to be the only pet in his new home.
“This happy boy is a really loving, gentle giant and would make a wonderful addition to the right home.”
