Dog of the Week

Assistant manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, Jenny Hopkins, said: “Amber and Sheba are very happy, affectionate and friendly.
“This adorable duo came to the centre through no fault of their own when their owners were sadly no longer able to take care of them anymore.
“Tiny Terrier Sheba may be small, but is evenly matched for lively Collie cross Whippet Amber.
“The pair would benefit from a little more training and need a patient, understanding owner who will help them settle in and get into the swing of things.
“They both love a game of fetch and speedy amber would make the perfect ball girl.
“They would be best suited to an active teenage family home in a rural location.
“They both enjoy long walks, fine dining, playing together and adore the company of people and other dogs.”
