Around six to eight donkeys are expected to take part in the social event, hosted by the South Region of the Donkey Breed society, which will see people riding in carts pulled by the animals.
Member of the society, Veronica Lilley, said that they would stick to paths to avoid disturbing nesting birds and any herds of cattle and ponies on the Common.
The drive will kick-off from the Greenham Control Tower at 11:30.
