Hungerford driver Josiah Ingham denies failing to provide blood specimen

A MOTORIST has been charged with failing to provide a blood specimen when required.
Josiah Ingham appeared in the dock at Reading Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, June 5.
The 65-year-old, of Priory Avenue, Hungerford, is accused of failing to provide a blood specimen for laboratory analysis at Loddon Valley Police Station on Monday, May 6, when suspected of having committed an offence.
Mr Ingham spoke only to confirm his details and to plead not guilty to the single charge.
He was told the case could proceed no further that day and would be adjourned for a trial to be arranged.
Mr Ingham was meanwhile released on unconditional bail.
