Drivers facing delays on the M4 today (Monday)

The congestion currently stretches from junction 14 (Hungerford) and junction 11 (Reading) with average speeds reported at 30mph.
The gridlock had stretched as far as Maidenhead earlier this morning with traffic crawling at 20mph.
A spokeswoman for the Highways Agency, Angela Harrison, said that the congestion was most likely down to roadworks off their network.
Normal traffic conditions are expected from 12.15pm today.
The congestion comes on the back of a five car collision between junctions 12 and 13 on the eastbound carriageway this morning.
A spokeswoman for Thames Valley Police, Hannah Williams, confirmed that a red Citroen, a white Fiat Scudo van, a black Vauxhall Corsa, a silver Vauxhall Insignia estate and a white Fiat Doblo were involved in the incident.
A spokeswoman for the South Central Ambulance Service, Michelle Archer, said that two people were taken to the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
