East Ilsley pub gets punters' seal of approval

Crown & Horns given TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence

AN East Ilsley pub has been been awarded one of the hospitality industry’s most prestigious accolades, after receiving positive online reviews.

The Crown & Horns was given the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, representing a genuine seal of approval from delighted customers posting reviews to the site.

The certificate is awarded to establishments that maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, demonstrating excellence in all aspects of their business.

The general manager of the recently-renovated pub, Steve Martin, said: “We are constantly bowled over by the positive responses we read from customers on TripAdvisor and do our best to thank every single one of them.

“This award comes straight from them, which makes it far more meaningful to myself and the team.

“We constantly work hard to deliver the best service, the best food and the best welcome at The Crown & Horns, and acknowledgement such as this shows that all our hard work has really paid off.
