A chef has been shortlisted for Pub Chef of the Year in the 2011 Craft Guild Chefs Awards

AN EASTBURY chef has found the recipe for success and has been shortlisted in the Pub Chef of the Year Award category of the 2011 Craft Guild Chefs Awards.

The chef and proprietor of The Plough Inn, Graham White, will join other chefs from across the UK at the ceremony on June 2 at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London.

Mr White said: “I am delighted to have been shortlisted for such a fantastic accolade. It is great to have your efforts recognised, especially through something as well respected as The Craft Guild of Chefs Awards, and for me, it is a huge honour.”

The theme for the awards is ‘Bursting with Talent' and aims to reward leading chefs from across the industry.
