Ecchinswell couple receive second telegram from Queen in two years

In August last year, John Heaver, received a telegram from the Queen on reaching his landmark 100th birthday.
In June, Mr Heaver and his 85-year-old wife, Florrie, celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary .
Married in Southampton Register Office in 1954, the couple celebrated the milestone with a family garden party at their White Hill home, attended by their three sons and daughter, ten grandchildren and 22 grandchildren.
Mrs Heaver said that the family had bought them a big bowl of white roses.
