Elegant poochie seeks palatial home

Lottie arrives same week as princess

An elegant poochie is seeking a palatial home fit for a princess.

Royal namesake, Lottie, is a one-year-old Lurcher who arrived at Dogs Trust Newbury in the same week that Princess Charlotte was born.

Like her royal namesake, this pretty pooch is now ready to be whisked away to a palace of her own.

Jenny Hopkins, assistant manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, said:

“Lottie is royal by name and by nature! She is an elegant, agile girl who loves nothing more than running around and playing with her favourite toys. She is a sociable girl who gets on well with dogs of all shapes and sizes and also adores cuddling up to her human friends after a busy day.”

“As Lottie is still young, new owners will need to be willing to continue her training and spend plenty of time playing with her. She would be best suited to a home with a garden where she can stretch her legs and enjoy plenty of outdoor playtime.”

Do you think you could give Lottie a royally good home? Why not pop into the rehoming centre at Plumb’s Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks RG20 0HR or call the rehoming centre on 0300 303 0292.

Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and cares for nearly 17,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year through its network of 20 Rehoming Centres in the UK and one in Ireland.
