Thames Water closes Bartholomew Street

An emergency closure has been put in place on Bartholomew Street and it is expected to remain in place for the next two days.

The closure is from its junctions with Market Street to Mansion House Street.

The closure will be between 8am and 5pm.

It has been put in place to allow Thames Water to repair a sunken chamber in the carriageway.

The closure is expected to be lifted sometime on Friday.
