Emergency services called to Castle Grove incident




SEVERAL police cars and a fire engine were called to an address in Castle Grove, in Donnington, this afternoon (Thurs) to deal with reports of a "fear for welfare" incident.
One motorist, who got in touch with NewburyToday, reported seeing "at least five police cars" at the scene.
Thames Valley Police confirmed they were called at 3.14pm to deal with the incident - but were unable to provide further details.
Neighbours and workmen in the road would not be drawn on the incident.
