Energetic young dog seeks new owner
Homeless pooch after last owners split up
An energetic young dog, made homeless after her owners split up, is seeking a new home.
Jenny Hopkins, Assistant Manager at Dogs Trust Newbury, said of the sixteen-month-old pooch:
“Poppy is a lively young pooch who loves nothing more than her favourite toys. As she enjoys spending lots of her time playing, new owners will need to be able to match her energy levels and keep her stimulated! Poppy is a busy girl who gets on well with dogs of a similar size but would prefer to be the only dog in the home.”
“Poppy is looking for active, experienced owners who can devote time to continuing her training and will gradually introduce her to new people. She would be best suited to a home with older children and a large, enclosed garden where she can play ball until her heart’s content.”
Do you think you could offer Poppy a happy home? Why not pop into the rehoming centre at Plumb’s Farm, Hamstead Marshall, Newbury, Berks RG20 0HR or contact the rehoming centre telephone 0300 303 0292.
Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity and cares for nearly 17,000 stray and abandoned dogs each year through its network of 20 Rehoming Centres in the UK and one in Ireland.
