Enjoy the sunshine.....while it lasts

West Berkshire has been basking after more than two-and-a-half times the normal rainfall for April and June, steady drizzle in May and well above-average rain so far this month.
So some rare rays were not to be missed as sun worshippers lazed in Victoria Park, Newbury.
Meanwhile Northcroft Leisure Centre in the town was inundated.
The outdoor pool has a 600 capacity but yesterday afternoon (Wednesday) queues had formed and customers were only allowed in as others left.
But make the most of the good weather - the Met Office has predicted that from Friday, the sunshine will start to decrease.
On Friday and Saturday there should be sunny intervals but the rain is due to make an unwanted return on Sunday.
