Entrants get set for 10k Bayer run

Runners reminded to send in entries
With around two weeks to go until the eighth running of the Bayer Newbury 10k, the race organisers are reminding runners to send in their entries.
On May 24, up to 1,000 men, women and children are expected to put their best feet forward in either the 10k event, or the shorter races for under 16s, over distances of 1.5km and 900 metres.
Entries for the 10k race close around a week before the big day, with the Bayer Rock Choir set to entertain the crowds.
