West Berkshire estate agent Jones Robinson has won a national accolade at The Negotiator Customer Services Awards
Jones Robinson Estate Agency in Newbury has been named the national champion in The Negotiator Customer Services Awards.
This was the inaugural year that The Negotiator Awards recognised estate and letting agency branches for their outstanding customer service record, an increasingly vital and important gauge for consumers to select agents.
Now in its 16th year, The Negotiator Awards is the UK’s leading awards programme for estate and letting agents, their suppliers and the residential property industry.
There are no charges associated with entering at all in any category, for agents and suppliers, making it the most inclusive and most respected awards programme for UK residential agency.
The 2024 finalists and winners were revealed by TV personality and comedian Ellie Taylor, at a sparkling gala dinner at the five-star Grosvenor House hotel on Park Lane, London on Friday.
Jones Robinson, based in Bartholomew Street, won best estate agent for customer service in the South East and then was named national gold award winner.
