Recovery in Mind exhibition reflects on personal journeys of recovery and discovery through creativity

RECOVERY in Mind, the Recovery College for West Berks runs a wide range of free courses/workshops to help adults improve their mental health and wellbeing.

It is showcasing a creativity exhibition at The Base, Greenham, open daily until Friday, March 14.

The free exhibition showcases artwork created by many individuals who have experienced mental health challenges, highlighting the therapeutic benefits of creative expression.

Visitors can view a diverse range of pieces, including group creativity projects, mindful sewing and poetry, all reflecting their personal journeys of recovery and discovery through creativity.
