Exit barrier at Newbury shopping centre car park repaired after collision

A diversion was in place, with the car park remaining open, at the Kennet Shopping centre last week, following the collision last Monday afternoon (Aug 12).
Peta Stoddart-Crompton, a spokeswoman for owners of the car park, West Berkshire Council, confirmed the damaged barrier and electrical wiring was repaired on Monday (Aug 19) and the diversion removed.
