Family-run La La Vintage shuts its doors in Newbury

A family-run business has closed in Newbury town centre.
Second-hand vintage fashion store, La La Vintage, closed its doors more than a week ago after two years trading in Newbury.
The store moved into new premises at 1 Bartholomew Street — formerly Snappy Snaps — last April, after first opening in the Kennet Shopping centre in October 2022.
The store was owned and managed by the Lewis family.
After Rhys Lewis’ father passed away, the family decided to use the inheritance money to start La La Vintage, the name referencing Mr Lewis’ late father, Larry.
